Mixed emotions but I’m trying to stay focused
A million and one things on my mind
But God gave me a peace that surpasses all understanding
Some days I’m good and other days I’m tired
But because I’m His I remind myself not to worry
In the midst of confusion, I sit still
I seek his voice so I can know what to do
I know the devil has a way of playing tricks
That’s why I smile when I go through
The devil is a loser and God is a winner
So, if greater is He that is in me, I must be one too
I flex my muscles even when I don’t have the strength
See you gotta confuse the devil and become unpredictable
I stand ten toes down on faith and never fear
I can do all things through Christ when He near
